How about an update??? We love you and want to share the good, the bad and the ugly-
Please update and tell how you are. People ask but want to hear it from you!
I'm not certain who keeps asking for the update, but obviously it isn't someone that we see all the time...so today, as Elizabeth's mother, I decided to let you all know that she is still doing well. It is not quite a year (9/11) since she got her sister Katrina's stem cells and so far she feels good. She is currently in Chicago visiting her brother, along with her nephews and sister Carol. I think that she is tired after days of sightseeing and looking forward to coming home. She is scheduled to have a 1 year PET Scan, but we have put it off until after Erica's wedding (9/26) as we just don't need that stress now. Keep us in your prayers so that it all may still show no cancer. Elizabeth is not allowed yet to go back to work or even garden (dirt/soil can cause a type of lung infection that is hard to cure), but she does find things to keep herself busy. Hope that this information satisfies the few of you who still check this blog site.
