Am I first?
Nice pic!!

That picture is not quite acurate, but really close. Only you, Elizabeth could have a port put in to save your body from being stuck by needles, and then find that it's defective for 50% of its intended purpose....and you still have to be stuck with a needle. Hope they can fix it during the next chemo round. Love you..Mom
PS Does Betsy know how close she was to being smacked by you????
The true question is, does Elizabeth know how close she was to being smacked by Betsy? ( =
Just kidding. I love the picture, and can't wait to see what you come up with, with the recliner.
You were a pro with the needle, nice and quick.
Have a great weekend.
Janette
Hey Liz-
I made dinner for myself last night... like REAL dinner!!! it was almost fun, except for the fact that it took about 5x longer than it should have. :( Anyways, thought you might enjoy that.
Nice pic!
Love you!
Erica
Hey Liz,
Great picture. Now I want to see the catapulting chair!

Hehehehehehe. That thing looks odd. I am always amazed with the "tools" in places of medical work. Have you ever seen the looooong snaky thing they use to look up one's nose for sinus problems? Scary. Love the pics!
Smiles,
Di
Elizabeth, did you not tell Diane that you had the long snaky thing up your nose at the start of this cancer journey. The ENT doctor wanted a better picture of her throat, voice box etc. I really couldn't believe what they were able to wind down the nostrils....Oh, oh, too graphic.
Love, Mom
Yo Beth,
Sweet pic! Can you hook me up with the digits for that cute nurse.
EG
GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SONG TODAY LIZ - I AM SURE YOU WILL BRING SUNSHINE TO A RAINY DAY.( ALTHO, I JUST THOUGHT , IT WILL PROBABLY BE "RAINING" IN CHURCH WHEN YOU SING!! XOOX KS
Hi Liz,
I hope this works. This is my first time blogging. I hope everything is going well with you now. It was great seeing you and the whole family and our old friends at Easter time. Now that I know how to Blog I'll write more often.

STOP THE PRESSES!!
Has Aunt Sue learned about the Internet???? I'm shocked and disturbed! But in a good way...Congratulations, Aunt Sue!
Good decision, EJ. It is funny!
Don't worry Marta, I too am guilty of taking off my ribbon one day, the day Elizabeth came down to hang out with me. I wear it with my "Courage" necklace. I never take it off. Just that one day when Elizabeth came to hang out, and I wore a pink heart. I guess because I know how much you like pink hearts! Ha Ha Ha! Anyway, Thanks to Janette for the ribbons so we can show Elizabeth how much we all care. I wear it everyday for you!!
Love,
Amy
OK, I'm kind of worried about Marta. I hope she was talking about the drink and not something else....How is Steve doing? ( =....opps, this is G rated, I forgot.
The ribbon will make a cool tan mark, then you will always be wearing it!
Enjoy your week.

We're ba-ack. It's almost midnight Sunday as I write this after catching up on two weeks of back blogs. My "comments" are ways too long to put in a blog, so I may have to write a "real" letter to express all that's in my heart. Hal and I had a great cruise but being away from our own family and our Grace family for Easter, well let's just say we didn't quite experience an Easter celebration. So reading all about choir rehearsals, the honey walnut shrimp (oh the honey walnut shrimp..I'm ordering in tomorrow,) the egg hunt and all the wonderful sounds that kept you from catching a nap between Easter services makes me realize all the more what we knew we were missing. BUT...today we had our "family" Easter service. Hal, Kristin, Lara and I all together at Grace and turning to watch you sing that oh so difficult Messiah piece' THAT was our special Easter blessing. And we were "sandwiched" in a very special place...Amy Sayegh in front of us and you behind us and your beautiful voice floating over us...a memory deposited in a place one can go to at any time for future inspiration and joy. You and Amy are an inspiration to others in ways you can't begin to imagine and the incredible number of people you touch is evident in this blogging journey. You both look fabulous, have such courage and it is our collective prayer for both of you to be cancer free.
Thank you for today's special moment in time, Elizabeth. See you in choir Wednesday! With Love,
Winnie ("Mrs. Hinz") PS No way this year's Relay for Life efforts won't top the charts for donations!!

Hi Liz,
Thanks to Carol, I found out how your solo went. Great, as I knew it would. As for Aunt Sue blogging, she was an easy student. There is hope for us here in SC. Where is the picture of the chair? Marta with a dirty banana? Hmmmm. All the visuals we get on Liz's blog....wow...outrageous!
