Everything went fine

Just checking in to let you know that everything went well. I'll be giving you all a full update later but right now I'm on my way out the door with Katrina to get my Neulasta shot. (White blood cells) I would have written earlier but someone (Amy) let me fall asleep on her couch for two hours. You can all blame her for the late update.
Anyway, you'll get more info soon. -Elizabeth

Hey Liz, don't you have a blog to write!

I hope your night sweats and itches end soon, I am feeling for Marta, I thought her fingers were going to fall off the other day. She is a better person then all of us, none of us volunteered, someone give Marta a manicure!

Have a wonderful day.

You think Marta has it bad???Elizabeth just thrust her leg into mom's face and barked "Rotate my ankle!" According to Janette's logic, we should give mom a facial!

(Elizabeth insists that I explain she has just gotten her painful Neulasta shot which makes her bones hurt...she also remarked that using thrust and rotate in the same post could be hazardous!!)

OK, Marta a manicure, your mom a facial, and you a drink! Ok, maybe all of us a drink! My kind of logic....

I beleive that Elizabeth also failed to mention that she also got a massage and a jacuzzi today, who wouldn't need a 2 hour nap after that. Just a bit of pamering. I even baked, however I will have to deliver it tomorrow since I didn't make it to church tonight. Elizabeth, you look great! I love the "gypsy" look. Take naps and pamering as much as possible, you deserve it!!
Love,
Amy

Hey, Elizabeth, don't worry about the hair. It's been happening to me steadily the past decade or so... Something you used to point out a lot! (And probably will start again. Lucky me!)
Love,
Doug

Elizabeth,
Have we failed to thank all those wonderful friends who have provided you (and therefore mom and dad too) with meals on chemo and neulasta days? (Amy, Cousin Sue, Sister Carol, Lynn B and Nancy C) And of course, Karin S with those special brownies that you keep hiding from Dad. It is a huge help on those very long days friends, and I/we really appreciate it. It's like a "spa" for the caregiver.
Love to you all, and especially you, my Elizabeth.
